What is The Big Roar program and what are the benefits of joining?

The Big Roar is a convenient, automatic delivery program that gives you exclusive discounts on your favorite Roaring Lion products and brings the roar right to your door!  When you join, we’ll deliver your drinks on a flexible schedule that works for you (every two, four or six weeks).  If you ever want to change which products are being delivered or if you need to reschedule the shipment date, you can make those changes simply by shooting us a quick e-mail to “[email protected]” with your request or questions.  We’ll even send you an email reminder before your order ships so you’ll know when it’s time to make changes to your next order.  To further ensure your proper Lionization, we are currently running a limited-time offer to receive an awesome ‘Safari Kit’ full of RL goodies when you sign up…and the surprises won’t end there.

How do I join?

Visit our Online Shop (http://shop.RoaringLion.com) and click on the links for “The Big Roar” program.  From there, you can choose the package that best fits your life and then follow the instructions for Checkout.  We’ll set up your account when you check out and you can send us questions any time to [email protected].

 

Can I pay with a check?

At this time, checks are not accepted as payment for subscription orders.

 

Do you have to keep my credit card on file?

Yes, Big Roar members must keep a credit card on file so that we may process your recurring orders as quickly as possible.

 

Can I delay a shipment?

Absolutely. We want your membership to be as flexible as possible. If you’re going away for a period of time and wish to delay a shipment, you may do so by signing in to your account, clicking “modify subscription” and Edit Shipping Schedule.  You may delay a shipment twice within one calendar year, after which we will review the program options with you.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time online by logging in to your RL Shop Account.  Alternatively, you can always send us an email at “[email protected]”.

Can I have more than one subscription?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to create multiple subscriptions for yourself, or friends and family.

Is there a minimum order?

Your subscription order must contain at least one recurring item per order (one 24-pack of cans or bottles) marked ‘recurring’.

Why am I getting a message stating I can’t modify my subscription online?

You may be requesting a change to an order that has already been processed or making a change that requires confirmation by the Big Roar Team.  Please send us an e-mail to “[email protected]” anytime – our goal is your complete satisfaction with the program.

 

Is The Big Roar available for international customers?

The Big Roar is only available to customers currently living in the United States.
